About Us

Percia Solutions works with Care Home Developers and Operators to commission and open care homes.  We understand that not all operators have the experience or desire to take on this aspect of the development of a care home.  We offer a turnkey solution or any aspect of the the fit out programme and can take an empty building to a stage where staff are employed, trained and ready to welcome the first resident to their new home.   We can work with any budget and make resources stretch as far as possible.

We work in collaboration with an interior designer or can provide this service in conjunction with a nominated interior; and can provide all or any aspect of the fit out process.
